We compassionately report on the recent developments concerning Bishop Ivan Mulepi Herome of New Eden Ministries International. The Mbale Church Elders Fellowship (MCEF) has expressed concerns about Bishop Mulepi's plan to remarry while legally marrying his first wife, Cate Manake Mulepi. The church elders have requested that investigations be conducted before the wedding proceeds. The National Fellowship of Born Again Pentecostal Church (NFBPC) has also warned against the wedding. Ms. Manake has requested that the leaders of New Eden Ministries intervene and stop the marriage. We understand that Bishop Mulepi has denied the allegations and that preparations for the wedding are ongoing despite the opposition. We hope this matter can be resolved peacefully and respectfully for all parties involved.
